Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Stash Store purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.  

Used/worn items and those not in original condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived defective, please contact us and we’ll fix it.

Please note, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels.

To return or exchange a purchase follow these steps:

1. Place a copy of the original packing slip or confirmation email from your order in the package and note the new size or item.

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or your refund will be issued.
